The Beginning of a Search
This website has been created as a tool for Lock Palmer Russell, who used to be known as De’Shawn Marquis Murphy, born in Opelousas on 12 September 2007, to reconnect with his family in Louisiana.
De’Shawn disappeared out of his home where he lived with his grandmother on 12 November 2011. None of his family members in Louisiana were aware of his mothers plan to place him into temporary custody in the state of Utah. 14 days later she moved him to somewhere in Mississippi.
I know now where you are Tsootselie, we love you and miss you, but we know that you are happy and that is most important.
I hope to hear from you whenever you are ready.
TO LOCK’S NEW PARENTS, CRUZ & SUNNI:
After carefully reassessing the situation and after having found out about how crazy you are about your new son, I am happy to see how contempt he is with his new surroundings. I have decided to step back because I don’t want to disturb his adjustment process. I am well aware that this experience was not only traumatizing for me but mostly also for my poor grandson. Please, contact me whenever you are ready. You have all my information.
